A request by Longbranch Civil Engineering, Inc International Church of the Foursquare to consider an application for a Variance to reduce minimum lot size of proposed Lot 3A from 20,000 square feet to 13,242 square feet; to reduce the rear setback on proposed Lot 3A from 25 feet to 12.1 feet; to reduce the side yard setback on proposed Lot 3B from 25 feet to 12.2 feet; to increase the maximum lot coverage from 75% to 100% on proposed Lot 3A and from 75% to 95% on proposed Lot 3B; and to reduce the landscaping requirements as follows: from 38,519 to 25,379 on proposed Lot 2A, from 36,306 to 23,499 on proposed Lot 2B, from 9,204 to 4,000 on proposed Lot 3A, and from 29,583 to 8,402 on proposed Lot 3B for property generally described as being located southeast of the intersection of N. 4. No. 25VA016 - Shamrock Subdivision
A request by Avid4 Engineering for City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Variance to allow gravel and asphalt millings in lieu of hard surfacing, to increase the maximum fence height allowed in the front yard from 4 feet to 6 feet, and to reduce the minimum required landscaping from 246,900 points to 204,610 points for property generally described as being located on E. Saint Charles Street, east of the intersection of Cambell Street and E. Saint Charles Street.

Staff recommends approval of the Variance to allow gravel and asphalt millings in lieu of hard surfacing, to increase the maximum fence height allowed in the front yard from 4 feet to 6 feet, and to reduce the minimum required landscaping from 246,900 points to 204,610 points with the stipulations outlined in the Project Report.
