This subject property is 843.66 acres in size and is generally located between Ennen Drive and Radar Hill Road. The subject property is currently zoned Agricultural in Pennington County (PC). Although the City’s Future Land Use Plan identifies the subject property as appropriate for Low Density Neighborhood (LDN) development, no change in use is proposed at this time. The General Agricultural District will serve as a holding zone until the property owner further develops the property. At such time that this property were to be further developed beyond these current uses, the property would be required to be rezoned in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Rapid City Comprehensive Plan. The Future Land Use Plan identifies a future Community Activity Center is located at the future intersection of Twilight Drive and Anderson Road. The Rapid City Major Street Plan shows future extensions of Twilight Drive and Anderson Road running through the property, which are both shown as proposed Minor Arterial streets.
