A request by Jose Gonzalez to consider an application for a Variance to reduce the front yard setback from 25 feet to 14 feet, reduce the rear yard setback from 25 feet to 6 feet and increase the maximum lot coverage from 30 percent to 33 percent to construct a single-family dwelling for property generally described as being located at 1108 Van Buren Street.

If the Zoning Board of Adjustment determines that the Variance request is appropriate for the location based on the criteria and findings noted in the report, then the Variance request be approved with a stipulation

A request by Calvary Baptist Church to consider an application for a Variance to increase maximum fence height from 4 feet to 6 feet in a front yard for property generally described as being located at 4601 Mount Rushmore Road.

Staff recommends approval of the Variance to increase maximum fence height from 4 feet to 6 feet in a front yard with the stipulation in the Project Report.
