2. No. 25PL009 - Copper Oaks #2
A request by Renner Associates, LLC for Paul H H Reinke Family Trust to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for proposed Lot 18 of Copper Oaks #2 Subdivision, property generally described as being located west of Twisted Pines Trail, north of Quartz Canyon Lane.

Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plan with stipulations outlined in the Staff Report.

A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amending Section 17.16.020 and Repealing Section 17.16.040 of the Rapid City Municipal Code to Clarify the Restrictions on Dwelling Units and to Remove Redundant Language in the Central Business District.
