The applicant has submitted a Conditional Use Permit to allow an on-sale liquor establishment and storage in excess of 5,000 square feet on the property located at 3751 Homestead Street in the General Commercial District (GC). The property is comprised of 1.36 acres and is currently under construction with a 16,520-square-foot multi-tenant building per Building Permit #CIBP23-1814.The applicant is proposing to use 1,980 square feet of the multi-tenant building as an on-sale liquor establishment called Valley Taphouse to operate a self-pouring taproom that sells beer and wine. The on-sale liquor establishment will operate Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The remainder of the building, measuring 14,540 square feet, is proposed to be used as storage for a separate business called Wood Builders. On-sale liquor establishments and storage in excess of 5,000 square feet are both conditional uses in the General Commercial District.
