Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create a single residential lot north of Quartz Canyon Lane and east of Twisted Pines Trail. The proposed development is being created out of a vacant unplatted balance which is approximately 12.88 acres in size. The proposed lot will be known as Lot 18 of Copper Oaks #2 Subdivision and will be approximately 2.158 acres in size. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
