8. No. 25TI007 - Sun Ridge Senior Affordable Housing District
A request by Blueline Development, Inc for Sun Ridge Apartments, LLLP to consider an application for a Resolution Creating Tax Increment Financing District for Sun Ridge Senior Affordable Housing District for property generally described as being located north of N. 5th Street, South of North Street and west of N.1st Street.

Staff recommends to deny, however, if the Planning Commission finds that the proposed district meets the intent of SDCL and the City’s Tax Increment Financing Policy, then the Commission can recommend approval of the resolution to create a Tax Increment Financing District to the City Council.

9. No. 25TI008 - Sun Ridge Senior Affordable Housing District
A request by Blueline Development, Inc for Sun Ridge Apartments, LLLP to consider an application for a Resolution Approving the Project Plan for Sun Ridge Senior Affordable Housing District for property generally described as being located north of N. 5th Street, South of North Street and west of N.1st Street.
