If the Planning Commission determines that the proposed garage meets the design criteria for an oversized garage pursuant to Rapid City Municipal Code §17.10.030.N and the criteria for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Rapid City Municipal Code §17.54.030.E, then the request may be approved with stipulations or if the Planning Commission determines that the proposed garage does not meet these criteria, they may choose to deny the request.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Development by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
