The applicant has submitted a Rezoning request to change the zoning designation of the property at the northern terminus of Willowbend Road from General Agricultural District (GAD) to Low Density Residential District 2 (LDR-2) The property is comprised of 8.605 acres and is currently undeveloped. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan (#25PL001) has been approved to subdivide the southern portion of the lot for the purpose of creating four single-family residential lots. One of the proposed lots is partially located within the area zoned GAD and rezoning this area to LDR-2 prior to submittal of a Final Plat is a stipulation of approval for the Preliminary Subdivision Plan.
