18)       PW050118-17 – Authorize Staff to Advertise for Bids for Concrete Replacement.  Estimated Cost:  $150,000.00.

      Water Reclamation Division

19)       PW050118-18 – Authorize Mayor and Finance Office to Sign an Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Utility Service Co., Inc. for Sewer Force Main Ice Pigging, in the amount not to exceed $72,000.00.

20)       PW050118-19 – Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to sign an Agreement between the City of Rapid City and HDR Engineering, Inc. for Professional Services for Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Permitting Assistance in the amount of $7,365.00.

21)       PW050118-20 – Approve request from Black Hills Farmers Market to operate at the 145 E. Omaha Street location for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 seasons.
