2. No. 24PL096 - Shepherd Hills West Subdivision
A request by Advanced Design Engineering and Surveying, Inc for Villa Village Mobile Home Park, LLC to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for proposed Lot 2 of Block 2 of Shepherd Hills West Subdivision, property generally described as being located at 390 Creek Drive.

Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plan with stipulations outlined in the Staff Report.

3. No. 24RZ022 - Shepherd Hills South Subdivision
A request by Advanced Design Engineering and Surveying, Inc for Yasmeen Dream, LLC to consider an application for a Rezoning request from Medium Density Residential District to General Commercial District for property generally described as being located 2015 E. Anamosa Street.

A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Major Street Plan to reclassify a portion of Creek Drive from a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street for property generally described as being Creek Drive located between E. Anamosa Street and East South Dakota Highway 44.

Staff recommends approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the Major Street Plan to reclassify a portion of Creek Drive from a Minor Arterial Street to a Collector Street.

*5. No. 24UR023 - Feigel Subdivision
A request by Advanced Design Engineering and Surveying, Inc for Community Enhancement LLC to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an indoor shooting range for property generally described as being located at 413 N. Cambell Street.

Staff recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow an indoor shooting range with stipulations outined in the Project Report.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Development by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

*6. No. 24PD022 - Robbinsdale Addition No. 10
A request by Scull Construction for Adult Day Center of the Black Hills to consider an application for a Major Amendment to a Final Planned Development Overlay to expand an adult daycare center for property generally described as being located at 4110 Winfield Street.

Staff recommends approval of the  Major Amendment to a Final Planned Development Overlay to expand an adult daycare center with stipulations outlined the Project Report.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Development by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
