1) Approve minutes of March 14, 2023.

ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

2) PW032823-01: Authorize Mayor and Interim Finance Director to sign an amendment to the Contract with Azteca Systems, LLC – CityWorks for additional logins to the Standard AMS Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for an additional amount of $12,395.83 for 2023, $17,500.00 for 2024 and 2025, for a total expenditure of $220,395.83.
3) PW032823-02: Authorize Staff to Advertise for Bids for Two (2) New Current Model Year 4x4 Crew Cab Pickup Trucks for the Solid Waste Division. Estimated Cost $90,000.
4) PW032823-03: Authorize Staff to Advertise for Bids for One (1) New Current Model Year All Wheel Drive, 4-door SUV for the Solid Waste Division. Estimated Cost $40,000.
