Agenda Item Summary:
On January 16, 2018, Council approved the contract between the City and Fugro Geospatial, Inc. to complete the Digital GIS Base Map Development Services project to collect aerial photography. Fugro’s parent company has streamlined its corporate structure to serve their client needs. As such, Fugro Geospatial, Inc. has merged with Fugro USA Land, Inc. The assignment agreement transfers all interest in the contract approved on January 16, 2018 from Fugro Geospatial, Inc. to Fugro USA Land, Inc.
