Agenda Item Summary:
The Water Reclamation Facility uses a Trojan UVSigna system with UV lamps to disinfect treated waste water. The system has 204 lamps, and this replacement will cover about 75% of them. Most of the current lamps have been in use for 13,000 to 14,000 hours, nearing the end of their 12,000 to 15,000-hour lifespan. Lamps will be replaced as needed. Since these lamps are specific to the Trojan UVSigna system, they must be purchased from the manufacturer.
