Agenda Item Summary:
Based on volatility of economic conditions, inflationary impact to equipment and capital improvement cost, staffing and compensation challenges, and increases in waste tonnages, the City had requested the Engineer to pause completion of the Master Plan until the volatility subsided and forecasting efforts would be accurate. The City now requests the Engineer reassess the cost-of-service forecast and update pertinent sections of the draft Master Plan report to account for recent impacts.
