Agenda Item Summary:
Revise Paragraph 7.40 of Section 7 - General Conditions of the City of Rapid City Standard Specifications to allow the Contractor to perform not less than 35% of the work with their own organization instead of the standard 50% for the Well 10 and Well 11 Improvement Project. Subcontractors are anticipated based on the scope of work for the project, and it may be difficult for a Prime Contractor to meet the 50% requirement.
