Agenda Item Summary:
The City and State will work together to improve the four track, at grade crossing, located on 5th Street. The City may bill eligible project costs incurred to the State upon completion of the City’s portion of the work. The State will credit the City’s eligible costs towards the City’s ten percent share of the project.
