Agenda Item Summary:
City Staff is proposing to submit an application to the State Revolving Fund pertaining to the Water Reclamation Facility South Plant Improvements Project. This hearing will inform the public of the project and the use of an SRF loan to finance the project as required for the SRF application Public Hearing Notice will be published on 11/20 and 11/24. City Staff will follow up with City Council at a later date for approval of a resolution authorizing submittal of the SRF Loan application. Conducting the public hearing and submitting the application in no way obligates the City to funding the project or accepting the SRF loan.
