This request is to allow Phase 1 of Shepherd Hills South to proceed (see exhibit). Approval of this exception will result in approximately 127 dwelling units (lots) with a single access along East Anamosa Street. The developer has shown the phasing and construction of E Anamosa Street is the next to be completed. The grading has already begun for East Anamosa Street to Diamond Ridge and as such, staff supports the request.
