Agenda Item Summary:
Construct a new stormwater pond (Lake Herman) outlet structure that will provide for controlled stormwater releases to the sanitary sewer or to a surface water tributary. Project will also include provisions and electrical service for flow monitoring. The project will help to ensure better compliance with water quality permit parameters and allows operations an alternative discharge to the sanitary sewer instead of surface water when the water quality parameters do not facilitate a surface water dischan::ie.
