Agenda Item Summary:
Approval of this Resolution will create a new construction fee for properties that benefit from the 12” water main built in Alma Street with City project 12-2039. The construction fees are for the oversize cost of the water main to be paid by the area that benefits from the project. In all for this project four separate benefitting areas are being established through four separate construction fee resolutions based on different benefitting areas and water service to different pressure zones. There is no overlap between the four benefitting areas. Fees paid will reimburse the Water Utility Enterprise Fund.
