The City has offered reimbursement for a reasonable portion of the detention pond improvements based on actual costs, base flow and benefiting area, as determined by City Staff. Reimbursement for easement for the detention pond and adjacent improvements to serve the new subdivision was denied. Sanitary sewer improvement reimbursements were denied, as base size improvements are required to serve the development and are the responsibility of the development.
