Agenda Item Summary:
This project for the extension of an 8" water main in 7th St. between St. Cloud and Franklin St. There is currently 4 non-conforming water services on 7th Street. It will also extend an 8" sanitary sewer main in St. James from Mt. Rushmore Rd towards 9th St.to the property line of 827 St. James. Existing non-conforming sewer services will be tied into the proposed sewer main. Project 18-2433/ CIP # 51199. Project 18-2442/ CIP# 51200 is now combined with this project.
