Agenda Item Summary:
As part of the expansion of Black Hills Federal Credit Union at 2700 North Plaza Drive, BHFCU will be platting the property into a larger parcel, and the plat process will require BHFCU to dedicate an additional 17 feet of right of way along Plaza Drive. Dedication of this right of way means that the existing sign will encroach four feet into the new right of way. This agreement would allow BHFCU to maintain its current sign within the Plaza Drive right of way and set the terms for when the sign would need to be moved and/or replaced.
