Agreement between SD Department of Transportation and the City for rehabilitation of the railroad crossing on East Boulevard including new precast concrete crossing surface, associated crossing materials, new walkout cantilevered signals with side lights, sign material, and repair and replacement of street pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and related improvements. Estimated participating project cost is $185,100.00 with the City’s 10% share estimated at $18,510.00.
