Agenda Item Summary:
The Petitioner is requesting the City acquire a 0.06 acre H-lot adjacent to Covenant Dr. right-of-way to allow for grading and the installation of infrastructure improvements associated with the proposed Bella Vista Estates Subdivision Improvements (City Files 17PL117, 17-1372). The current right-of-way is not wide enough to allow the grading and earthwork for the street improvements. The petitioner is requesting the authorization to prepare the H-Lot as identified above on behalf of the City of Rapid City and to authorize acceptance of the deed.
