JCI will provide a turnkey solution by retrofitting existing VMS System, removing all existing cameras and cabling and installing new cameras and recording server. The recording server will manage and store the motion based video archives from the system. Funding is 80% Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and 20% local general fund.
