Agenda Item Summary:
This covenant relates to property that was developed in 2006-2007. The property was subdivided, and certain drainage improvements were required. The developer (Bies Highway 79 LLP) entered into a covenant agreement with the City to participate in the costs of the drainage improvements. The improvements were completed by July of 2007. The property was since sold to OSH, LLC, who recently sold it to Craft Properties, LLC. As part of the recent transaction, the covenant agreement was shown on the title report, and the parties requested it be released, as the improvements were completed.
