Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 29 residential lots generally located south of the intersection of Bunker Drive and Cobalt Drive. The proposed development is comprised of approximately 7.38 acres and is currently undeveloped. The lots range in size from 0.17 acre (~7,318 square feet) to 0.29 acre (~12,806 square feet). A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application. In conjunction with this Preliminary Subdivision Plan, the applicant has submitted a Rezoning request (File #25RZ013) to rezone approximately 5.55 acres from GAD to LDR-1.
