The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to subdivide the property currently addressed as 839 Glenside Street into two residential lots. The proposed development will be known as Lots A & B of Lot 7D of Marshall Subdivision and will be 0.362 acres and 0.314 acres in size, respectively. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Homestead Street and Glenside Street and currently contains a doublewide manufactured home, a detached garage, and a storage shed in the northern portion of the property. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
