The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 4 lots generally located at the northern terminus of Willowbend Road. The proposed development is comprised of approximately 8.605 acres and is currently void of structural development. Proposed Lots 3, 4, and 5 will be +/- 0.359 acre, +/- 0.467 acre, and +/- 0.325 acre in size, respectively, and proposed Lot 6 will consist of +/- 7.141 acres. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application
