Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 28 residential lots and 1 drainage lot generally located at the southern termini of Bunker Drive and Elmstead Street. The proposed development is comprised of approximately 7.864 acres and is currently void of structural development. The residential lots range in size from 0.144 acre (~6,272 square feet) to 0.217 acre (~9,452 square feet). The Drainage Lot is proposed to be 1.255 acres (~54,667 square feet). A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
