The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to plat an existing unplatted balance of property to create 1 residential lot located northeast of the terminus of E. Madison Street. The proposed lot is approximately 3.36 acres in size and is currently void of structural development. The lot is proposed to be known as Lot 1 of Meadowlark Hills Subdivision. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
