Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 25 residential lots and one pond lot generally located at the eastern terminus of Overview Lane. The proposed development is comprised of 14.85 acres and is currently void of structural development. The residential lots range in size from 12,736 square feet to 49,835 square feet. The pond lot is proposed to be 23,065 square feet. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
