The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create two multi-family lots on the property currently addressed as 4112 Berniece Street. The proposed development will be known as Lot 3CR1 and Lot 3CR2 and will be 2.68 acres and 2.77 acres in size, respectively. The subject property is located northwest of the intersection of Berniece Street and Timmons Boulevard and is currently void of structural development. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements.
