The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create four residential lots northeast of the terminus of Sun Ridge Road and Pushing Place. The proposed lots will range from 10 acres to 40 acres in size and will be known as Lots 1 through 4 of Dvorak Subdivision. The property is located outside of the City limits but within the City’s three-mile platting jurisdiction. The proposed development is currently void of any structural development. A Preliminary Subdivision Plan is a tentative plan of a proposed subdivision requiring the installation of public improvements. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan by City Council is required before an applicant can proceed with Development Engineering Plans and a Final Plat application for all or part of the area within the Preliminary Subdivision Plan application.
