The applicant is requesting to allow asphalt milling drive aisles in lieu of asphalt at a property located at 4717 Benelli Drive. The storage area will be used to store materials and equipment associated with an electrical repair and contracting business called Simonds Electric, LLC. The subject property is a total of 0.8 acres in the Marlin Drive Commercial Park Subdivision, and is zoned Light Industrial District. Per the site plan, the storage area is approximately 12,737 square-feet, which will be bordered by a 6-foot tall, chain-link, and barbed-wire security fence.
