The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to create 3 residential lots and a commercial lot. The lots range in size from 1.31 acres to 3.67 acres and are to be known as Lots A through D of Red Rock Shadows No. 2 Subdivision. The property is located approximately 300 feet north of the intersection of Muirfield Drive and Sheridan Lake Road, along the east side of Muirfield Drive. Currently, a single family residence is located on proposed Lot B and 3 mini-warehouse structures are located on proposed Lot D. Lots A and C are currently void of any structural development.
