The applicant has submitted a Final Planned Development Overlay to allow an apartment complex at 801 Petros Drive. The subject property is comprised of 2.05 acres of vacant land zoned Medium Density Residential District. The applicant is proposing 36 apartment units throughout three buildings. The three apartment buildings will be 5,238 gross square feet¬¬ in size and will contain 12 units each. All three¬¬ of the apartment complex buildings will be 39 feet tall, three stories in height. The site will contain 85 parking spaces. Of the 85 parking spaces, four are ADA accessible. The parking area will contain a 90 foot by 28 foot or 3,420 square-foot carport that will provide coverage for 22 parking stalls located in the southwest portion of the parking lot. The site will also contain a detention pond to mitigate on-site runoff.
