The applicant has submitted a Vacation of Right-of-Way application to vacate 8 feet of an existing 60-foot wide right-of-way for Knuckleduster Road. Knuckleduster Road is classified as a local street requiring a minimum right-of-way width of 52 feet. As a part of an associated Preliminary Subdivision Plan application to create residential lots along Knuckleduster Road, staff noted that 8 feet of the existing right-of-way could be vacated while maintaining the minimum width for a local street. As such, the applicant has submitted this Vacation of Right-of-Way application to vacate the western 8 feet of right-of-way along Knuckleduster Road.
