Accumulatively, the two lots are 3.52-acres in size. The property is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of E. Saint Charles Street and Creek Drive. Currently, the property is void of any structural development. The applicant has indicated that the property is being rezoned to allow for the future construction of a multi-family development within close proximity to employment opportunities and walking distance to groceries and other services.
