Agenda Item Summary:
Two Public Works divisions had previously declared two pieces of equipment surplus. One was to be sold at auction with Iron Planet; the other was inadvertently requested to be declared surplus. The Streets division received notification from Iron Planet that the Sterling Acterra could not be sold through their auction so Streets plans to use the equipment for a few more years. The Water Production division inadvertently declared the wrong trailer surplus and are still using the trailer included on the resolution. Both need to be put on the City’s inventory and insurance as appropriate.
