Agenda Item Summary:
The renewal of the JPA approves an annual increase and updates the language that allows the Director of the Emergency Services Communication Center to be an employee of Pennington County or any of the Executive User Agencies. The Executive User Agencies are the Rapid City Police Department, the Rapid City Fire Department, The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, and the Department of Public Safety. It previously read the Director will be an employee of DPS.
