Agenda Item Summary:
Project will reconstruct the streets in Una Del Drive and a portion of Wildwood Drive. Existing water mains will be replaced with PVC mains to meet current criteria and sanitary sewer will be installed, expanding the City's sanitary sewer service area. Streets will be installed with asphalt pavement, gravel shoulders, and roadside ditches for drainage. A large water- main at the intersection of Sheridan Lake Road and Catron Blvd will be replaced as well.
