2. No. 24PL090 - Black Hills Industrial Center
A request by Advanced Design Engineering and Surveying, Inc for Black Hills Industrial Center, LLC to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1, Lots 1 thru 7 of Block 2 and Lots 1 thru 3 and drainage lot of Block 3 of Black Hills Industrial Center, property generally described as being located east of Highway 79 lying south and north of Old Folsom Road.
