Mall Drive and Dakota Craft Drive.

Staff recommends approval of the Variance request to allow asphalt millings drive aisles & vehicle display areas in lieu of asphalt or concrete.

2. No. 24PL047 - Eagle Valley Subdivision
A request by Davis Engineering, Inc for Steve and Carla Simunek to consider an application for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan for proposed Lot 1 thru 4 of Eagle Valley Subdivision, property generally described as being located one mile south of Southside Drive, east of Reservoir Road.

Staff recommends the Preliminary Subdivsion Plan be approved with stipulations outlined in the Project Report.

3. No. 24RZ015 - Homestead Vista Subdivision
A request by Indigo Design, LLC for DTH, LLC to consider an application for a Rezoning request from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District for property generally described as being located at 848 Neel Street.

Staff recommends approval of the Rezoning Request from Office Commercial District to General Commercial District.

A request by Paul Rogers to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an oversized garage for property generally described as being located at 4648 Duckhorn Street.

Staff recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow an oversized garage with stipulations outlined in the Project Report.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Department of Community Development by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
