A request by Hermanson Egge Engineering, Inc. to consider an application for a Final Planned Development Overlay for an existing mobile home park for property generally described as being located at 1515 E. St. Patrick Street, 1909 and 1915 Ash Avenue.

Staff recommends the Final Planned Development Overlay be approved with stipulations outlined in the Project Report.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.
