Agenda Item Summary:
Project Description: This project includes the reconstruction of 1,000 feet of road reconstruction including South Street from Block 17 Alley to West Boulevard and 11th Street from Fulton Street to South Street. The project includes the replacement/extension of approximately 1,075 feet of water main, 450 feet of sanitary sewer main replacement/extension, and 400 linear feet of storm sewer replacement. This project includes the construction of ADA ramps at the 11th Street and South Street intersection. New service lines will be extended to the properties within the project extent. Existing parking in ROW should be evaluated.
