Agenda Item Summary:
All labor will be performed by City staff, due to the technical nature of work to be completed. Updating the traffic signal controllers, installed in the 1990's, will allow the traffic signals to be connected to the centralized traffic control software which provides more reliability to the traffic signal network. APS push buttons are a new requirement to address ADA issues at existing intersections throughout the City. This is a sole source through Traffic Signal Control (controllers)and Mobotrex (APS). Both vendors are matching contract pricing offered to Wyoming DOT.
