Agenda Item Summary:
Holiday Stationstores, LLC is intending to construct a gas station / convenience store with a carwash at the northeast corner of Cambell Street and East Fairmont Boulevard. As part of the project, Holiday will be constructing approximately 378 linear feet of paved street including curb & gutter and gravel turnaround, 153 feet of turn lane in Cambell Street, associated sidewalk, 325 feet of 12” diameter water main and 1 fire hydrant assembly. All of the improvements will be constructed in the existing East Fairmont Boulevard right-of-way, with the exception of the turn lane which will be constructed in the existing Cambell Street right-of-way. Upon completion of the project, the City will accept ownership of the street, turn lane and water main. The developer will provide a two-year warranty for the project per terms of the agreement.
